What does it mean by “Flat Rates”?

It means that your deliveries are charged without regard to distance! Pricings are only affected by the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Is there a minimum volume required for a Corporate Account?

No, there is no minimum volume required. As long as you have a UEN, we’ll be able to set up your corporate account! 🙂 

Who will be delivering my parcels?

Qourier Heroes are freelancers that go through a strict background check and a comprehensive training program. Also, Qourier Heroes’ performance are consistently monitored by our team.

When and how do I make payment for my deliveries?

Payment will be done via Qourier Credits. Simply transfer your preferred value to us and it will be converted to Qourier Credits in your account.

Will I be provided with Proof of Delivery (POD)?

Yes, we provide an electronic POD that can be retrieved via our dashboard. Details such as the recipient’s signature, time and date that parcel is delivered is recorded in the POD.

What are the operating hours for Qourier Operations Team?

Our office is open from 9am – 9pm on Mon – Fri, and 10am – 7pm on Sat – Sun. You may contact us at support@qourier.com outside our working hours, and we will reach you within the next working day.

What happens if I would like to cancel my delivery job?

If a Qourier is already assigned to the job, please call our hotline or use our Live Chat to inform us. A cancellation fee will be charged if the Qourier has reached the pickup location.


How do I deliver with Qourier?

Qourier is an app that is extremely intuitive and simple to use. You can deliver your items in 3 simple steps: 1. Provide your pickup and delivery address 2. Enter package and payment details 3. Arrange with your Qourier for pickup.

How much does it cost?

Deliveries start from $5 and are determined by the distance from pickup to delivery and the weight of the package. For Sentosa Island, Tuas and Changi Airport, there is a $10 surcharge.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

There are standard No-Go Zones where we do not deliver (eg. prisons, army camps, Jurong Island).

How do I pay?

Payment is done through the Qourier app. We accept payments via credit or debit card.

Who will be delivering my parcels?

What happens if my delivery request is not being accepted?

If your delivery request is not accepted within the stipulated timing, our team will notify you and alternatives will be provided. Should the job be unfulfilled, a full refund will be processed within the next 2-3 working days.

Can I cancel my delivery and is there any cancellation fee?

If the Qourier has not reached the pickup location, there will be no charge. However, if the Qourier has reached the pickup location, we will refund half of the job price.

Qourier Heroes

How do I sign up as a Qourier Hero?

Download our app on AppStore or PlayStore. Apply to be a Qourier Hero with Qourier App under “User Profile”. Upon successful application, you will receive a call from us to verify your application.

What are the requirements to be a Qourier Hero?

All Singaporeans/PR above 16 years old are eligible.

I travel by public transport. Can I still deliver for Qourier?

Of course! As long as you are able to fulfill the delivery timing, any form of transportation is acceptable!

Do I need to call/text the recipient before delivering the parcel?

Yes! We recommend Qourier Heroes to call/text the recipient first to ensure they are available to receive the parcel.

How will I get paid?

Your reimbursement will be credited into the bank account provided to us when you first signed up, within the first week of the following month. If you would like to make changes to your bank details, please reach out to us by selecting “Contact Us” within the Qourier app.

How much will I be able to earn for each completed delivery?

You will receive 80% of the amount stated on the delivery (eg. For a $10 delivery, you will be paid $8). All earnings will be bank transferred to you within the first week of next month.

Will I get a compensation for ERP, parking fee, petrol, etc?

Not at the moment. However, you get to enjoy all the perks under Qourier Rewards Program!
