Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions stated herein (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and Qourier, a private limited company existing under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (the "Company"). In order to use the Qourier services, you must agree to the terms and conditions that are set out below. Qourier "online" (i.e. web and mobile services, which includes web sites operated by Qourier such as www.qourier.com, mobile applications, however accessed and/or used via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise) and "offline" (i.e. collection of data through electronic or surface mailings, telephone, or in person) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by the company. Qourier "online" and "offline" activities are collectively termed as the "Services". By using or receiving any services supplied to you by the company, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this agreement as published from time to time through the services. The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement or its policies relating to the service or software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this agreement on the service or software. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Continued use of the service or software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. The company contracts individuals, independent logistics carrier third party to offer courier services, which may be scheduled through use of the software, or service. The company has no responsibility or liability for any courier other than stated herein services provided to you by such individuals or third parties. Representations Qourier services are not available to persons under the age of 16. By using the software or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. By using Qourier services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your participation in using the services is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your user status, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your user account to any other person or entity. When using the services you agree to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Singapore. You may only access the services using authorized means. Termination of access Qourier may, in its sole and absolute discretion, discontinue, suspend or modify your and /or any other user’s access to the company’s services or any portion thereof at any time with or without notice and/or for any other reason. The company reserves the right to terminate this agreement should you be using the services with an incompatible or unauthorized manner. Restrictions The company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the services, solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The company and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. You shall not:
  1. Reverse engineer or access the services’ software in order to:
    1. Build competitive services
    2. Build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the service or software, or
    3. Copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the services
  2. Launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program which may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the service or software.
  3. Send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the software or service or its related systems or networks.
Delivery request information You agree that your delivery request with the Company represents that the information supplied by you is accurate and complete. Your delivery request with the Company also acknowledges that the Company is relying upon such information in the preparation and completion of each and all request without any verification by the Company as to its accuracy or completeness. You agree to hold the Company and its parent, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, assigns, agents and representatives harmless and defend and indemnify the Company from and against any claims, causes of action, damages and liability of whatever kind or nature, including but not limited to court costs and reasonable attorney fees if information provided by you or your agent is inaccurate or incomplete. It is your responsibility to inform the Company of any changes or corrections to your information. Delivery job Price / Payment terms The minimum Delivery Job Price will be quoted to you before a Delivery Request is completed/posted. You can increase the Delivery job price to attract more bids for the job. By completing/posting the Delivery Request, you accept to pay the Delivery Job Price quoted. The minimum Delivery Job Price may be modified or updated by Qourier from time to time. It is your own responsibility to remain informed about the Delivery Price for the delivery services. All payments for all orders will be made in Singapore Dollars. Qourier uses a third-party payment system (the “Payment System) to link your credit account to Qourier Services. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, will be subject to the terms and conditions as well as privacy policies of the Payment System and your credit card issuer. Qourier is not responsible for any errors by the Payment System. Upon successful completion/posting of the delivery request, your credit account will be deducted as per the Delivery Job Price. There will be no refund of any regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to Qourier services either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever. The company reserves the right to process any refunds if required. The company, at its sole discretion, make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or contract. The company may change the fees for our services, as we deem necessary for our business. Delivery Job Processing fees The company charges a processing fee (20%) for all delivery jobs transactions . The remaining of the delivery fees will be re-credited to the individuals or independent logistics carrier third party that offer the courier services. The processing fee may be modified or updated by Qourier from time to time. It is your own responsibility to remain informed about the processing fees. Intellectual property ownership The company alone (and its licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the services and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the services. The company name, the company logo, and the product names associated with the services are trademarks of the company. Disclaimer of warranties The company makes no representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the service or software. The company does not represent or warrant that:
  1. The use of the services will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data,
  2. The services will meet your requirements or expectations,
  3. Any stored data will be accurate or reliable,
  4. The quality of services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your requirements or expectations,
  5. Errors or defects in the services will be corrected, or
  6. The service or the server(s) that make the service available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
The services provided to you is strictly on an “as is” basis. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by the company. The company makes no representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, safety, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of any services, products or goods obtained by third parties through the use of the service or software. You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the software and service, and any third party services or products remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability Third Party Couriers The company will assess the suitability, legality or ability of any individuals or independent logistics carrier third party that offer courier services subjected to company use. You expressly waive and release the company from any and all any liability, claims or damages arising from or in any way related to the individual or third party couriers. The company will not be a party to disputes, negotiations of disputes between you, the individuals or such third party providers. We cannot and will not play any role in managing payments between you and the third party providers. Qourier Services Responsibility for the decisions you make regarding services offered via the company (with all its implications) rests solely with you. We will not assess the suitability, legality or ability of any such individuals, third party licensors and/or vendors and you expressly waive and release the company from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from your use of the services, or in any way related to the third parties introduced to you by the services. Qourier Quality Assurance The quality of the courier services scheduled through the use of the service or software is entirely the responsibility of the individual or third party provider who ultimately provides such courier services to you. You understand, therefore, that by using Qourier services, your package(s) may be exposed to situations that are potentially dangerous, offensive, harmful to minors, unsafe or otherwise objectionable, and that you use Qourier services at your own risk. Restricted Items There shall not be conveyed restricted items such as dangerous, hazardous, combustible, explosive noxious or deleterious materials, gold and silver bullion, coin dust, cyanides or any form of uncoiled gold and silver bullion, platinum and other precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones including commercial carbons or industrial diamonds, jeweler currency (paper or coin) of any nationality, travellers’ cheques, indecent or obscene painting, photograph, lithograph, engraving, book or card or any indecent or obscene article, or any prohibited publications, tapes cinematograph films or drugs, poisons items of ultrasonic value, firearms or weapons. In the event that any customer should consign such items with Qourier, the customer will indemnify Qourier from all claims, damages and expenses arising in connection therewith and Qourier shall have the right to deal with such items as it shall see fit including the right to abandon package of the same immediately upon Qourier having knowledge that such item infringes these conditions, or any acts, rules or regulations prevailing in the Republic of Singapore. Qourier shall have the right of inspecting the package consigned by its customers to ensure compliance with this clause. Claims Qourier maximum liability for each delivery request is SGD $100 or the declared value of the delivery request, whichever is lower. Qourier, however shall not be liable under any circumstances for paper-related items such as documents. Filing of Claims Claims not made in writing within 24 hours of scheduled delivery shall be deemed waived by Qourier. Within 14 days of you notifying us of your claim, you must send us all information you have to support your claim. You are responsible for proving the actual loss or damage. We are not obligated to act on any claim until you have paid the transportation charges in full, and you must not deduct the amount of your claim from the transportation charges. If the recipient accepts your delivery without noting any damage on the delivery manifest, Qourier will assume the package was delivered in mint condition. For Qourier to process your claim, you must ready the original delivery package and its contents available for inspection. Qourier reserve the right of refusal to approve any claims, upon completion of processing of the claims. For refunds on any cancelled delivery request that are not able to receive an approved bid, please submit within 7 days of delivery request. Any late submission will incur in additional processing fees. Indemnification By entering into this agreement and using the software or service, you agree that you shall indemnify and hold the company, its licensors and each such party’s parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:
  1. Your violation or breach of any term of this agreement or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein;
  2. Your violation of any rights of any third party, including providers of courier services arranged via Qourier services, or
  3. Your use or misuse of Qourier services.
Delays Internet Delays The company’s services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. The company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems. Weather Conditions Qourier services timing may be subject to prevailing weather conditions. Slight delays in pick up and/or delivery timing may occur in the event of poor weather in Singapore. The company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems. Unforeseen Road Conditions Qourier services timing may be subject to prevailing road conditions. Slight delays in pick up and/or delivery timing may occur during peak periods and eves of public holidays as such due to rush hours. The company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems. General Package Conditions Qourier will not be liable for your acts or omissions including but not limited to improper and/or insufficient packing, securing, marking, indications, and/or addressing of locations or to recipients. General Any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the website or application shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any of the provisions herein becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. No joint partnership, employment, or business relationship exists between you, the company or any third party provider as a result of this agreement or use of the Services. If any provision of the agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under the applicable laws of the Republic of Singapore. The failure of the company to enforce any right or provision in this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the company in writing. This agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and the company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. Failure To Complete A Delivery Absence of Recipient In the event that the Recipient is found to be absent from the Delivery Address specified by the Sender and no other person is present to receive the Parcel(s) on behalf of the Recipient, the Courier will call the Recipient for further instructions on whether to leave the Parcel(s) with the neighbour or leave the Parcel(s) at the doorstep. If the Recipient is unreachable, the Courier will call the Sender to request for further instructions on how to proceed. If there is a need, Qourier will arrange for a redelivery to the same address free of charge. In the event whereby the Recipient is found to be absent from the Delivery Address and the Sender requests for the Courier to return the Parcel(s) back to the original location, an additional $10 surcharge on top of the delivery fee will be charged to the Sender. In the event whereby the Sender cannot be contacted as well, the Sender hereby authorises Qourier to decide on the Sender’s behalf. Late Delivery In the event whereby a delivery is not completed due to the courier being late to reach the Recipient for reasons that are not the Client’s responsibility, Qourier will contact the recipient to arrange for a redelivery, free of charge. Late Pickup In the event whereby a Pickup is not successful due to the courier being late to reach the Sender for reasons that are not the Client’s responsibility, Qourier will contact the Sender to re-arrange a pickup either at different location or different day/timing. Item not ready for Pickup In the event whereby a Pickup is not successful because the item is not ready during the scheduled pickup timing, the Courier will seek further instructions from the Sender on whether to wait for the parcel or to pickup the parcel at a later timing. $5 Surcharge will be imposed if the courier has to return at a later timing to pickup the parcel. Couriers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the Pickup Address. The first 10 minutes of waiting at the pickup location is free of charge. Additional $5 will be imposed for every block of additional 10 minutes waiting time. A $5 Surcharge will be imposed if the Courier is not willing to return to pickup the item. Qourier will then contact the sender to rearrange a new Courier for the delivery. Wrong Address You recognise that Qourier’s ability to provide the Delivery Services is dependent on the accuracy of the Delivery Information. You acknowledge that Qourier shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by any inaccuracy in such information, and that you will be liable to pay for any additional charges arising as a result of such inaccurate data. An additional $10 Surcharge will be applicable and charged to the Sender for the waiting time our courier had to spend due to inaccurate or lack of information. Change of Address by Sender In the event whereby the sender wishes to change the delivery address after the courier has picked up the item, an additional $10 Surcharge will be applicable and charged to the Sender. In any case if the courier refuses to deliver the item to the new delivery address, the Courier will bring back the item to the Sender, no additional surcharge will be implemented. However, the original delivery fees will still apply. Change of Address by Recipient In the event whereby the recipient wishes to change the delivery address after the Courier has picked up the item, the Courier will call the Sender to request for further instructions on how to proceed. If the Sender cannot be contacted as well, the Sender hereby authorises Qourier to decide on the Sender’s behalf. Qourier reserves the right to reject the request by the recipient in this case and the delivery will be on-hold until further instructions are given from the Sender. If an agreement is tied up between the Sender and Recipient to resend it to the same delivery address, Qourier will arrange for a redelivery to the same address free of charge. A $10 Surcharge will be implemented on the Sender if the Sender agrees to the recipient‘s request to resend it to a different address. Depending on the Courier‘s availability, Qourier will make arrangements either for the original Courier to deliver the parcel or a new Courier to take over the delivery. Rejection of Parcel by Recipient In the event whereby the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, the Courier will call the Sender to request further instructions on how to proceed. Should the Sender request for the Courier to return it back to the original location, an additional $10 surcharge on top of the delivery fee will be charged to the Sender. If an agreement is tied up between the Sender and Recipient to resend it to the same delivery address, Qourier will arrange a redelivery to the same address free of charge. In the event where the Sender cannot be contacted as well, the item will be sent back to Qourier while waiting for further instructions from the Sender. Cancellations And Modifications Of Delivery Requests Cancellation Fees If cancellation takes place within the last 90 mins of the Pickup Timing or when the Courier is on the way / has already reached the Pickup Address, 50% of the Delivery Price will be charged to the Client. Modification of a Delivery Request If you will like to modify a Delivery Request before pickup, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. If any modifications were to take place within the last 90 mins of the Pickup Timing or when the Courier is on the way / has already reached the Pickup Address, 50% of the Delivery Price will be charged to the Client. n the event that a Courier is no longer available or cannot complete the modified Delivery Request, we will reassign a courier for your delivery. Qourier will not be responsible for any delay in timing caused by the modification of the Delivery Request. Additional Fees Waiting Time Couriers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at both the Pickup Address and Delivery Address. The first 10 minutes of waiting at either locations are free of charge. Additional $5 will be imposed for every block of 10 minutes waiting time. Qourier’s Operations will attempt to contact the Sender through telephone for authorization to incur additional, chargeable wait time if necessary. In the event whereby the Sender cannot be contacted, the Sender hereby authorises Qourier to incur additional, chargeable waiting time on the Sender’s behalf as Qourier deems appropriate. Delivery Rates / Weight Tier Standard Delivery Hours From : 9am - 10pm. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your package matches the criteria above when you request for a service. If the courier notices that the parcels are different from the quote, we will update the charges accordingly. Flat Rates For Non-Food Items: Document: < L 22 x W 11 x H 1 cm and less than 500 grams - $7
Small : < ( L 29 cm x W29 cm x H 29 cm ) and less than 5kg - $7
Medium : < ( L 36.5 cm x W 36.5 cm x H 36.5 cm) and less than 10kg - $12
Large : < (L 46 cm x W 46 cm x H 46 cm) and less than 20kg - $18

● There will be a $5 surcharge for anything lower than 6 hours ( 3 Hrs Express)

● $10 surcharge for No-Go Zone
Cut off timing for posting of jobs: 1. For deliveries by 6pm on the same day, customers latest allowed cut off timing is 1pm (including lunch hour)
2. For deliveries by 10pm on the same day, customers latest allowed cut off timing is 4pm
3. For pickup before 6pm, customers latest allowed cut off timing is 3pm
4. After 6pm = next day booking
Flat Rates For Food Items: Small : < ( L 29 cm x W29 cm x H 29 cm ) and less than 5kg - $12
Medium : < ( L 36.5 cm x W 36.5 cm x H 36.5 cm) and less than 10kg - $16
Large : < (L 46 cm x W 46 cm x H 46 cm) and less than 20kg - $20
*For Perishable/ Fresh food items that is able to sustain minimum 3 hours delivery
For Cakes Deliveries: Small (Limit to 1 Cake and between 1-5kg) - $12
Medium ( Maximum 2 Cake and less than 10kg) - $16
Large (Maximum 4 Cake and less than 20kg ) - $20
For Flower & Hamper Deliveries: Small (Limit to 1 Bouquet or 1 Hamper and between 1-5 KG) - $12
Medium ( Maximum 2 Bouquets or Maximum 2 Hampers and less than 10 KG ) - $16
Large (Maximum 4 Bouquets or Maximum 4 Hampers and less than 20 KG) - $20
3 hour Express Cut off timing for posting of jobs:
1. For deliveries by 6pm on the same day, customers latest allowed cut off timing is 1pm (including lunch hour)
2. For deliveries by 10pm on the same day, customers latest allowed cut off timing is 6pm
